This was my 4th project, a patchwork bag. I found that the most time consuming task when making bag was the beginning, where you got to choose the color combinations, the fabric print, inner fabric used etc. Sometimes i found myself have to go through few rounds of comparing colors and fabrics before I could make final decision. Next, need to cut the fabrics into required shapes. If the project is big, you won't be surprised that you could end up cutting fabrics for the whole day.
After quilting the required area, next is to sew up the side as shown below.
Finally, sew up the bias strap (for the opening area) and the leather straps, here's my bag !!
